Welcome 2018 and readers!
I’m so happy to be back and writing to you all!
This year has started off so well for me. Although I didn’t make hardcore resolutions, I did a complete lifestyle change. I have been changing mind, body, and soul. Here’s a few new things I’ve been doing daily.
For some spirituality, I have been meditating and reading my bible more often. I start that routine in the morning to start my day off well and I read a scripture before I go to bed.
I have been trying to working out for at least 15 minutes everyday and eating healthier. I have been doing really well so far. My body feels great. I make a cup of “mock” hot tea. My ingredients is focused more towards my crazy seasonal allergies and this works for me. Plus, all these ingredients are good for your body regardless of allergy symptoms.
*apple cider vinegar (I use this particular bottle)
*a slice of lemon
I have gotten into Gwyneth Paltrow’s “Goop” website and love all of her little things she post. I found and bought this crystal water bottle. The crystal inside helps balance the chakras in your body. I absolutely love this wattle bottle.
Since it’s still winter, I’m always heading to the snow. I downhill ski and have been trying to improve my skills. I take my 2 year old as well. We both love to go to the mountains and spend the day or weekend out playing and meeting new people. If you have a toddler like me they have skis that are made for their size.
I hope to find more things I want to get into and share them with you all. I’m so happy to be sharing with you my new adventures.
